Women report that it is challenging to relax and de-stress -- an important starting point for great sex. They complain that men don't notice the "little things" women do to make home life comfortable (cooking, cleaning, food shopping, driving kids around, laundry...) and expect them to feel sexy at night, after having completed their daytime duties.

Having their man help with mundane duties helps ease the pressure. When a woman feels supported, she is more loving. Here are a few things men can do to ease the stress, which will allow for more sexual energy to fire up activities in the bedroom.

Remove some stress: Hiring some help to do the cleaning or errands once in awhile will make her have more time for you.

Encourage her to pamper herself: A manicure, facial or massage can go a long way in making her feel special and sexy. Why not surprise her with a gift certificate for no reason?

Listen: Let her vent and give her a hug. Women that feel supported and loved by their mate are much more likely to want to get intimate with them, than women who feel alone and neglected.

Exercise: Both of you need to work out and take time out to rejuvenate your mind and body. Workouts are known to increase your sexual energy.

Create a romantic environment: Dim the lights, play some seductive music, light some candles, and wear something nice.

Surprise her: Buy her lingerie and ask her to model it for you. Take her for a romantic picnic at lunch. Use your imagination and be spontaneous.
